Railway: Hosting of the application and its databases. Receives all the data Lyra stores. Processing location: Netherlands (EU).
Google: The Google Ads API and Google sign-in, which you authorize. Lyra reads and, where you approve a change, writes your Google Ads account through it.
Anthropic: The AI model behind Lyra's analysis and chat. Receives the account data a given answer needs. Processing location: United States.
OpenAI: Fallback AI model when Anthropic is unavailable, and text embeddings. Receives the same kind of data, only when used. Processing location: United States.
Stripe: Payments and invoices. Receives your billing details; Lyra never sees your card number. Processing location: EU and United States.
Resend: Delivery of the emails Lyra sends you (receipts, trial reminders, weekly summary). Receives your email address and the message. Processing location: Ireland (EU).
Sentry: Error monitoring. Receives technical details of an error, with personal data scrubbed. Processing location: Germany (EU).

If you install Lyra from the Shopify App Store, Shopify processes your store and billing data under its own terms.

Transfers outside the EU.

Where a provider processes data in the United States, the transfer relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, as the provider offers.
